hypnotherapy for weight loss saved client’s life

The other day I received what I thought was a lovely e-mail as the lady was thanking me as she had lost 5 stone having the hypnotic gastric band fitted 6 months previously. However, as I continued to read on, she told me that her weight loss had ultimately decreased the size of her bust and she had found a tumour in one of her breasts. Her consultant told her that if she hadn’t of lost the weight and had the same size bust that within the year it would have had dire consequences. The lessons to learn here ladies are carefully examine your breasts every month and obviously being an average weight does make breast examination a little easier.

When we were younger and there was a royal celebration we always had a street party. It was about the whole community coming together to enjoy the day and helping each other by sharing responsibilities and organising food, games, presents etc. to make sure all the children really had a great day. That was community spirit! I am not seeing much spirit for tomorrow… unless its in a bottle!!!

Hillsborough disaster memorial tomorrow

Remembering all 96 people who lost their lives in the football disaster 22 years ago tomorrow. I am pleased to say that 2 weeks ago I hypnotised a man who was at the match and witnessed that atrocity and has been disturbed by those sights until his therapy. In one session this man is now 100% better and is not suffering anymore – or his family. Anyone who is suffering from a similar experience or PTSD should seek the help of a hypnotherapist and have therapy so they can then move on and live a more fulfilled life. RIP all 96 people you will never be forgotten. x
